1. Milk whitening:

Prepare a small cup of fresh milk. (In summer, you can also put the fresh milk in the refrigerator. It will be more comfortable when you apply the cool milk). Steam your face, soak a cotton pad with fresh milk, apply it on your face for about fifteen minutes, remove it, and wash off the milk on your face with clean water. If you persist in doing this for a long time, your skin will become fair and even.

2. Aloe vera whitening:

Prepare a spotted aloe leaf that is three fingers wide and two fingers long, remove the thorns and wash it clean. Then prepare a three-centimeter-long cucumber, egg white, 2-3 grams of pearl powder, and an appropriate amount of flour (to adjust the viscosity). Put aloe vera and cucumber into a juicer and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Then add egg white, pearl powder and appropriate amount of flour to make a paste. Make sure it does not flow down. Wash your face, apply the prepared paste on your face, wash it off after it dries, and apply toner and skin care products. Do this 1-2 times a week.

3. Tomato honey whitening:

This whitening formula can be used for both face and hands. Especially for acne skin, it can effectively remove oil, prevent infection, and make the skin white and delicate.

Recipe: half a tomato and appropriate amount of honey.

Usage: Blend tomatoes into tomato juice and add appropriate amount of honey and stir until it becomes a paste. Apply evenly on face or hands, leave on for about 15 minutes and then wash off. It is recommended to do it 1-2 times a week

4. Vegetables for whitening:

Blend green peppers, cucumbers, a quarter of bitter gourd, celery, green apples, etc. into beauty vegetable juice and drink it. This vegetable juice contains enough vitamin C, which is very effective for whitening.
