What soap to use for oily skin

The surface of oily skin contains a natural hydrolipid film, which makes the skin smooth and shiny, but the skin is easily contaminated by dust. So is soap suitable for oily skin? What soap should I use?

Oily skin can wash your face with soap. Oily skin, overdeveloped sebaceous glands, excessive sebum secretion, and an imbalance of hormones in the body can all cause acne. You should wash your face frequently with warm water and sulfur-containing soap several times a day to reduce oiliness of the skin. Be careful not to eat spicy and irritating foods, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and drink more boiled water. Stick to using facial soaps or cleansers designed for acne-prone skin.

Human skin can be divided into dry, oily and neutral types. Dry skin is not moisturized, so it is best to choose fat-rich soap, which has the good effects of retaining skin moisture, increasing skin nutrients, and cleansing and moisturizing the skin. For oily skin, it is more appropriate to choose beauty soap, which can reduce the glandular oil of the skin and achieve the effect of cleansing and skin care. Neutral skin has stronger adaptability and a wider range of soap choices. The above two types of soap can be used.

If you have oily skin, you can wash your face with soap. Oily skin refers to skin with vigorous oil secretion, shiny forehead and nose, large pores, blackheads when touched, thick, hard and rough skin, dark yellow appearance, alkaline skin, good elasticity and not easy to age. The skin easily absorbs ultraviolet rays, so daytime care focuses on "moisturizing" care. A hydrophilic emulsion can be used. For oily skin at night, you can choose more refreshing night care products, such as hydrophilic products containing plant ingredients. Women over 30 years old, even if they have oily skin, should pay attention to nutritional supplements, because oily skin simply secretes more "oil", but it does not mean that it does not need other nutrients besides oil.
