How to use yogurt to exfoliate

1. Yogurt bath

2. Yogurt detoxification and weight loss method

How to eat: Never heat yogurt, otherwise the active lactic acid bacteria in it will be destroyed. Generally, in the early stages of weight loss, you can drink 250 ml of yogurt three times a day and reduce the intake of meat. When the constipation disappears and the abdomen and lower body tend to be slimmer, you can reduce the intake of yogurt appropriately and drink it once a day.

3. Yogurt and honey mask

Ingredients: yogurt, honey, refined wheat flour

Method: Take a tablespoon of yogurt and honey, mix it with 6-8 times of refined wheat flour, make it into a paste, apply it on the face and neck, and gently massage to allow the cream to dry slowly. Then use a warm towel to wipe in a circular motion from the neck to the face until it is clean.
