2. Exercise the muscles at both corners of the mouth. The corners of the mouth of older people often droop in an 8-shaped shape, which makes the facial expression unnatural. 1. Close your lips lightly, roll your upper and lower lips towards the center of your mouth, and then move the corners of your mouth to the left and right, lifting them up for 5 seconds each. 2. Make your lips into a U shape and pull the corners of your mouth as far to the sides as possible for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times each time.

3. Exercise of the zygomatic muscles. Open your mouth slightly vertically and lift the corners of your mouth as far upward as possible until there is space between your teeth and cheek mucosa.
