Bend your knees and slowly squat down to a sitting position, hold for 15 seconds, then stand up, rest for 5 seconds and continue, repeat 5-10 times.

2. Carrying the backpack, take a step forward with your right leg, bend your knees and squat down until your knees are bent at right angles, and raise your arms forward. Pause for 5-10 seconds, then stand up and repeat the same movement with the other leg. Do it 10-20 times on each side.

3. Spread your legs about one and a half shoulder widths apart, carry your backpack, and slowly squat down until your knees are no longer than your toes. Place your hands on your thighs with your fingers facing inward. Pause for 5-10 seconds, then quickly stand up, raise your arms up and put your palms together, stand on tiptoe, and stretch your whole body upward. Repeat the action 10-20 times.

You can use some thicker books as dumbbells to exercise and strengthen your arm muscles.

1. Sit cross-legged on the ground, holding a thick book in each hand, bend your elbows upward at right angles and open them to both sides, with your upper arms parallel to your shoulders. Inhale and tighten your abdomen. When exhaling, stretch your arms straight and place them next to your ears. Hold for 5-10 seconds and then return to the starting position. Repeat 10-20 times.

2. Also sit cross-legged on the ground, holding a thick book in each hand, raise your arms, bend your elbows at right angles, open them to both sides, then move your elbows towards your chest until your arms are parallel and your palms are facing each other, and stay for 5-10 seconds. Repeat this process 10-20 times.

3. Bend over and kneel on the ground, with your legs together, insteps touching the ground, thighs perpendicular to the ground, back straight, support yourself with your right hand, hold a thick book in your left hand, then bend your elbow and move up and down. Repeat 10-20 times on each arm.

Small fitness ball

Whether it is a small football or a special fitness ball, it can be used as an auxiliary tool to increase the difficulty of the movement and enhance the exercise effect.

1. Kneel on the ground with your legs crossed, feet off the ground, thighs perpendicular to the ground, hands directly below the shoulders, and left hand on a small fitness ball. Then inhale and tighten your abdomen. When exhaling, bend your elbows, lower your upper body, and do push-ups. Repeat 10-20 times, then switch hands and repeat the same action.

2. Stand up straight, bend your elbows and support your waist with your hands, and place your right foot forward on a small fitness ball. Then inhale, keep your body straight, look forward, bend your knees, squat down, and stay at the limit for 10 seconds, paying attention to keeping your body stable. Repeat 10-20 times, then switch legs and repeat the same movement.
